These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reboot website and your submission of information through Build With Us.

Terms DetailsGOVERNING TERMS
EFFECTIVE DATE5 OCTOBER 2026
VERSIONv1.0
OPERATED BYREBOOT INVEST LIMITED
GOVERNING LAWNIGERIA

The website is operated by Reboot Invest Limited (“Reboot”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1.About Reboot

Reboot builds, invests in and transforms technology-enabled businesses.

This website introduces Reboot, explains how we work and enables people and organisations to explore potential relationships with us.

2.Website information

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes.

We aim to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

We may update, change or remove website content from time to time.

3.Build With Us submissions

Build With Us enables you to introduce an idea, business, investment opportunity, partnership, professional interest or other potential relationship to Reboot.

Making a submission does not create a contractual, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment or investment relationship; constitute an offer or commitment by Reboot; require Reboot to review, respond to, invest in, build, partner with or otherwise pursue the opportunity; or guarantee that discussions will continue.

Where Reboot and another party decide to pursue a relationship, that relationship may be subject to further evaluation, due diligence and separate agreements.

4.Information you submit

You are responsible for information and materials you provide through the website.

By making a submission, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you provide is accurate; you have the right or authority to provide it to Reboot; providing it does not breach another person’s rights or an obligation you owe to another person or organisation; and the submission does not contain unlawful, malicious or harmful material.

Please do not provide personal information about other people unless you have an appropriate basis for doing so.

5.Confidential information

Initial submissions through Build With Us are intended to help Reboot understand an opportunity and determine whether further discussion may be appropriate.

Submitting information through the website does not, by itself, create a confidential relationship or impose confidentiality obligations on Reboot.

You should therefore avoid including trade secrets or other information requiring specific confidentiality protection in an initial submission.

If further discussions require confidential information to be exchanged, Reboot and the relevant parties may agree appropriate confidentiality arrangements separately.

This does not affect any confidentiality obligation Reboot has expressly accepted under a separate agreement.

6.Your intellectual property and independent activity

You retain ownership of intellectual property and materials that you submit to Reboot.

By submitting material through the website, you give Reboot a limited permission to receive, store, reproduce internally and share that material within Reboot and with relevant advisers or service providers to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate your submission and communicate with you about it.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Reboot.

Reboot evaluates and develops opportunities from multiple sources and may already be considering, or may independently develop or receive, ideas, products, businesses or opportunities that are similar to a submission.

The existence of such similarity does not by itself establish that Reboot has used or misappropriated your material.

Nothing in these Terms gives Reboot permission to use intellectual property that you own beyond the limited purposes described above or any rights separately agreed with you.

7.Reboot’s intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Reboot website and its content—including its branding, text, graphics, design and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Reboot and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for legitimate personal and business informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or misrepresent Reboot’s website content without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

8.Acceptable use

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; to transmit malicious software or harmful material; to interfere with the website’s operation, availability or security; to attempt unauthorised access to Reboot’s systems, accounts or data; to impersonate another person or organisation; or to circumvent or interfere with controls designed to protect the website or its users.

Reboot may restrict access or reject submissions where reasonably necessary to protect its systems, operations or users.

9.No investment or professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy or a recommendation concerning any security or investment.

You should obtain appropriate independent advice before making decisions requiring professional advice.

10.Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Reboot does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

11.Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, reliable and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

12.Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reboot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

13.Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how Reboot collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data.

Where you submit personal data through Build With Us or otherwise interact with the website, you should also read the Privacy Notice.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our website, services or operations evolve.

When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website following an update will be subject to the Terms then in effect.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes relating to these Terms or use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to any applicable dispute-resolution requirements.

16.Contact
